Yeah KD, you and Sengun held it too long, as usual. Durant/Ime peas in a pod. See who you can blame just so it’s not me, even though I missed the clutch shot and dribbled the ball off my thigh in the clutch.

Ime goes to these all-defense lineups when we’re up, and when they stop scoring, the lead just disappears. We don’t have a real point guard, so nobody can beat their man without getting stripped.

Taking Reed out was a mistake and probably cost us the game. He gave us spacing and hit big shots during that run to go up 18. If he’s not getting cooked on defense, he should be out there.

KD doesn’t really have chemistry with anyone right now, and Sengun’s connection with Tari and Amen isn’t what it used to be. We need more Sengun-to-Amen back cuts and Tari slashing, but that’s tough when there’s no PG to get things started or attack the rim.

It takes forever just to get into a set, so defenses get fully set. Without someone who can go downhill, everything stalls — and KD isn’t great handling the ball in traffic.

Can a new coach fix what our personnel clearly lacks?

Ime is aware he can call a timeout in the fourth quarter, right? This is on him.

“Dorian Gonna Miss” is his new name. Once again, go look back at my posts when we paid $53mm for this slug. My response was, “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As usual, I was right and you all took a year to figure it out.

I’ve thought this all year but kept it to myself….could DFS be fixing games? Serious question if anyone else has thoughts. Missed layups frequently, missed assignments, bad ill timed passes, horrendous threes, making plays consistently to help the opposing team. He plays similar to the guy who was throwing games for the Heat. I honestly don’t think it’s the case because he’s only averaged 7-8 ppg for his career (so why Stone sign him at over 30 years old to $53mm?) but in a semi-humorous way it almost looks like he couldn’t do worse if he tried!!!

    You are kidding rt?
KD did his job, helped build a big lead
    What did Sengun do?
KD is having to do too much cause the younger players can’t close and panic in late game situations
Sengun is playing like absolute ass on offense and defense

Agreed on Sengun, but he wasn’t out there blaming everybody else like Ime and Durant. If Durant has a problem with the offense, he needs to be in Ime’s ear to change it. Both of them sucked in the 4th quarter and that’s a fact. It just doesn’t work to try the same strategy every time we have a lead in the fourth. Durant is a great player when utilized correctly. He is not being used correctly on this team and it’s not the other players that are to blame. It is the man in charge. Blaming Amen and Reed for our 4th quarters this year is insane when Ime has consistently handed the ball to Durant and Sengun to initiate and control the offense in the 4th.

And drive straight into Brunson when he had a wide Amen on a 3v2 fastbreak

Dickerson did his job 75% of the game.

He failed in the 4th quarter.

Would you say Brunson did his job even though he did jack shiet the first 75% of the game?

He relied on ISO ball because the only two offensive iniators and ball handlers we have were on the bench

Sengoon was even worse. 2 TOs in the fourth alongside a disaster class

Exactly this. I was one preaching for patience for DFS but when he’s having an awful game like last night you BENCH HIM. You don’t watch the game slip away and have your point guard whose a +11 sitting on bench while you can’t run an offensive set and keep turning the ball over.

Ime is a mentally r****ded, mentally deficient, perverted loser who was **** as a coach and **** as a player. Any franchise that hires this loser deserves to be humiliated.

He’s a pathological liar and with clear video evidence of it it’s about time he is held accountable

I didn't get to watch live and had the ending spoiled, but that's ok because sometimes the clarity of knowing the finish helps analyze how it came to pass.
    • KD shot us right out of the game. The turnovers too, geez man. Loss sits squarely on his shoulders.
    • Dorian Finney-Smith does not deserve rotation minutes right now. Holy smokes. I'm having Daishen Nix flashbacks.
    • Hope Tate is ok, that looked painful.
    • Amen is so good at everything besides shooting. He was everywhere. "No PG" crowd vastly overstating things. I won't argue that he's got to come back from the offseason with a shot. The reason our offense sucks isn't because "Amen isn't a PG", it sucks because it's relying on an old, turnover prone ball hog and an inefficient young player who isn't developing for more than half of the game's possessions.
    • Jabari had a great game.
    • Play Reed Sheppard more.
