ClutchFans Game Thread: Rockets @ Knicks 2/21/2026

Anyone buying tickets to watch Rockets is dumb.

They gave up the season already.

 

I'm about a month or so into finding it hilarious when Ime costs the Rockets a win (doubly funny when idiots then blame Sengun and no one else).

This was a high I used to get seeing every loss Silas caused, although during that euphoria there was a light at the end of the tunnel that each loss brought the incompetent coach closer to being relieved of his duties.

Not the case now though which is a sobering thought. The team is stuck with the incompetent Udoka.

You can't convince me the Celtics guy didn't paid his wife to sleep with Udoka so they had a reason to fire him. What a coincidence they immediately were better when he wasn't there.

 

So....should we have signed Harden or nah lol?

 

The third quarter of playing team ball and getting back on defense was great though. Why go away from that in the fourth and return to what they playing like in the first. Honestly, this team has the ability to play good but the lineups, and not taking a time out when they started going on a run and then letting Sengun sit on the bench until what 2 minutes left is so dumb. Ime is really like McHale. But instead of not making substitutions and clapping saying we need more energy, he is not making substitutions and running plays that for so reason have Amen not cutting but instead staying on the outside then leaving Sengun on the bench for alot of the quarter while watching them get beat inside.

 

Blaming Sengun when KD had 3-4 turnovers late is a joke.

We have to stop giving him the ****ING ball he is bad at initiating.

These stupid MFs refuse to sign a f'n point guard. This is just completely stupid. It doesn't take a Rocket scientist to see we need point guard to settle this team down late in games. Barkley who i seldom listen to actually explained it... KD and Sengun should be finishing not setting **** up all the time. Why can't these idiots in the Rockets #3 ranked front office wake the f up grow some balls and sign a damn point guard. Once again in Houston sports it takes embarrassment to do one simple f'n obvious thing.

 

Imagine getting out adjusted by Mike Brown.

And we have this guy for 5 more years. **** yeah thanks Top 3 Front Office.

Starting to think the other GMs ranked the Rocketwls so highly so they would keep making dumb trades, signing washed players and making **** draft picks

 

Ime playing DFS so much this game is some sports gambling/the mafia texted him orders at the end of the 3rd quarter type sh*t

 

I just don’t understand why reed barely played in the 4th when he doing such great job finding his teammates and making smart plays. This **** is getting out of hand man. This **** keeps happening every game and the results are always the undesirable. Not sure why reporters/ journalists aren’t questioning ime in the press after games

 

They have no on court leader.

It's a long season just hang in there bro. We know who the rockets are, we know their limitations won't allow them to go far in the playoffs. Just enjoy the wins, turn off the tv and maybe vent a little on Clutchfans and go do something else.

 

Yeah, someone really needs to be fired or slapped the F out of. I'd love to see either or even both happen.

Nah man it's just that the Rockets suck and are fake good.

 

Even worse than Cody Zeller who did not occupy any playing time.

Thank you Rockets for blowing that huge lead in the 4th and losing the way you did. Several more of these games and we can trade for some real players in the off season.
