I can debunk this super easy-

Durant never calls bari “Jabari”. He always calls him “bari”.

The burner is his but the messages are absolutely fake.

 

He has to deny it and he better make the act believable.

If not, it won't end well for the team. Why on earth I'd do anything for the guy as a team mate?

Shitty team, r****d, no shoot & defend remarks are tough pill to swallow.

Even if it's him, I can't see any scenario he accepts the leaks. You've crossed the Rubicon River.

 

Yeah, from a technology standpoint you both are describing push notifications vs lazy, on demand updates.

personally, I don’t like to participate in group push notifications. Also, it doesn’t really work for me bc I have like 20 nieces and nephews, so the method of following and checking up when I want to is kinda the only way.

but anywho, getting updates with family/friends was only one benefit I mentioned vs the comment of “endless number of downside.” I just don’t see downside except being inundated with negativity requiring filtering. Certainly not “endless numbers of downsides.”

that said, I’ve never used ig or TikTok and probably never will, but I find imgur fun with filtering, but man even that has lots of negative vibes going on.

Reminds me of when DaDakota screwed up and signed “DD” on a post from his burner.

Gotta give him credit, though. He manned up and owned the mistake.

 

So much unnecessary drama. He's just going to prove to his teammates that it's not him. He's not going to do it in public and you won't get to play judge Judy about whether he's telling the truth.

 

I dunno... I kind of find KD's burner account thing sort of a funny bit.

Also most superstars are kind of weird dudes behind the scenes. Just over the weekend Michael Jordan was being all weird whipping his hands on that boys shirt and whatnot. Don't get me started on Lebron. These guys are strange.

I'll judge how he acts on the court, and what comes out of his relationship with his team and coaches in the locker room.

Also... he's not wrong about what the burner account said. Sengun cannot shoot and defend... that's not really a recipe for franchise player on a championship team. However KD was perfectly content playing in Phoenix which was an even bigger mess last year, and it was reported he would have taken an extension from them. So I'm not overly concerned with him thinking his team is a disaster. I just think it would be smarter to tell that to his therapist... not the internet through a burner account... even though it is sort of funny.

 

Thanks for sharing @Codman. I've always hated drama and try to avoid this kind of stuff, but it's a leadership issue now and something that Stone and Ime need to straighten out ASAP. The damage has been done, but KD has the power to patch this up. Ironically, I think it's Uncle Jeff that has to be the mediator between KD and the team. He likely has the most influence on KD personally given their relationship and time together. Coach Ivey is probably the other guy that can help. I'm speculating, but hopefully they get together today and tomorrow and clear the air.

Maybe this is the kind of jolt this team needed to shake us out the funk we've been in. Channel their anger into winning versus whining.

 

Yeah, I did, @Margrave, but my burner was to see if my ideas would be more accepted if they came from an unknown, because I have a lot of haters, and it did - the difference was amazing.

I didn't use it to argue or pump up my arguments, it was just an experiment and I got banned for it, for at least a year - deservedly so.....although now I know more than a few people here have multiple accounts it seems.....

Anyway - yeah, my bad - it was fun to know that sometimes people just don't like the poster and automatically post negatively right away without reading just confirmed what I figured all along.

but not worth the time off, also mine was public, not private, KD should get some credit for that....it was never MEANT to get out.

I am, he is the only player on the roster that can shoot.

The rest of them are all severely flawed players that Stone cobbled together with high lottery picks and cap space that don't really fit well.

I’ve been watching this team forever, and I can’t remember the last time a good season felt this bad. That holds true even if this KD thing turns out to be a big nothingburger.

agreed KD should taking the last shot. And it sometimes is frustrating when some of the young guys get tunnel vision and lose all self awareness. But I don’t see how the trust can be repaired. No one is gonna buy that it is fake. Even if the players try to move past it, it’s gonna be there. I don’t see how u move forward with KD next yr. The chemistry is gone. Even the fans. There were already so many fans skeptical of KD because of his history. Now he’s really destroyed any good vibes with fans that gave him a fair shake. He’s lost the majority of the fan base. There’s too much against him going forward.

 

You can be judge of what that was but someone said the boy had some ice or snow on his shirt, Jordan just tried to remove it.

Given the pedophile investigations, everyone is extra sensitive.

People do not fret Durant's weirdness but his backstabbing tendencies.
