Guy is terminally online, likes to argue with the fans on twitter, is surprisingly silent about these leaks since it happened.

of course all these damn people on here criticizing him for things they do themselves. They all need to shut the hell up.

Who are these random people KD converses in group chats with?

Can’t be his friends, because if they’re leaking whole group chats, with friends like that, who needs enemies?

so obviously a lot to unpack here..

1. For those who are saying this is fake, I don't really understand the motive behind someone trying to fake this. Who is benefitting from the leak? someone with a deep personal vendetta against KD to wait for literal years before it finally being published? There isn't a strong enough motive for me to indicate it's an imposter with an elaborate plan to bring upon KD's downfall.

2. If it were fake and not true the damage is already done. Whatever said is true now because of KD's history with burners and his own personality. It's the boy who cried wolf, the public will never give him the benefit of the down due to his past.

3. KD's trade value definitely has to take a hit. I don't think it was that high to begin with and one of the reasons I was so adamant about recouping assets for him at the deadline. Now it's looking like the entire decision to offload Jalen, Dillon, and a 1st is looking like a horrendous decision. You can even back that up to swapping the Nets picks with Suns picks because this 2026 draft is looking like one of the best in history.

4. Snubbing on James Harden because of "culture" is looking more and more like a joke. James has a lot of faults but it's never been hard to root for him and his teammates usually always benefit from his arrival. Something I've never seen from KD in his whole career.

5. Being a Rockets fans is just an endless series of gut-punches. We could be a worse franchise but it does seem like we are always about to turn the corner before steering wheel locks up.

I’m just imagining the look on Jabari’s face when he hears what KD allegedly said about him.

 

I just want Les Alexander back. Been downhill since he sold the team.

 

It has a very similar feel like when Durant told Lebron those comments on passing the ball to DFS for the game winning shot.

Personally I feel this might be real and we should just cut our loses.

 

What’s funny is that, real or not, Durant is now going to have to be extra nice to teammates and staff and put up with boring people/conversations and just nod/smile politely so he doesn’t come off like the jerk in the burner accounts:

During the Rockets slump we all saw the bad body language from Sengun. Something seemed off about the team, like they just did not care when losing games to beatable teams. Something's going on behind the scenes.
