Yes, agree. This was clear in late 2020 and definitely by early 2021. The people currently running things, like S. Mi1ler, don't ever want to let go of power again.

The saddest thing I see from Trump supporters is agreeing that the 2020 election was stolen. Some of the conspiracy theories are so ludicrous

It's like: What will we ever agree on again, right? Incredibly sad. I think some of us, definitely including me on many days, just march along day to day, hoping that most everyone will accept the next election, but those days are probably behind us, just if we're being honest. And I'm talking about the midterms even.

Local elections are democracy's firewall against tyranny.

When you refer to something he actually said more than once that is doesn't qualify as living rent free.

That and the fact he still claims the 2020 election was stolen. That being said the real issue is this is a constitutional issue

Trump called Orbán “a truly strong and powerful Leader” and endorses him. He wants to be just like him, and go from democracy to autocracy. I have no doubt about that.

On 3 April 2022, Viktor Orbán won his fourth straight election with his fourth straight supermajority in parliament that allows him to amend the constitution at will.

The 2010 election effectively put Orbán above the law: He could amend the constitution at will, which he did twelve times during his first year in office—including removing, early on, the four-fifths hurdle for rewriting the constitution. Less than a year into his first term, Orbán unveiled a new constitution drafted behind closed doors, debated before parliament for only nine days, and passed on a party-line vote.11 The new constitution was accompanied by hundreds of new laws, many affecting elections.

Hungary has already been demoted from democracy to autocracy by all democracy raters. This essay shows precisely why those rankings are right. As long as Orbán retains complete control over the rules that govern elections, he can remain in power indefinitely.

I don't trust Trump, and nobody with a brain with the ability to make judgements based on common sense and the capability to do a bit of critical thinking should either. He idolizes Dictators, Autocrats, and flat out evil leaders. He has been proven to be a pathological liar, and that in itself should make anyone fight against him taking over anything, and especially elections.

People can't get so damn partisan in their beliefs that they would risk ripping apart Democracy and everything this country stands for, just because they like Trump. Take a step back, and think about the future of our country, because supporting anything Trump does in regards to elections is really a twisted way of thinking you stand for Democracy, freedom, the Constitution, and the United States of America.

If they continue to play treasonous games they should expect to win treasonous prizes. I.E. a long fall from a short rope.

In Minnesota they already showed they have no idea when they've crossed a line with the public until well after they've entered the backlash phase. If they insist on f**king around with fair and free elections its going to be nobody's fault but their own when they find out what the fallout from that kind of actual literal treason looks like.
