Think we may be looking past this game a bit? Other than Sharp we look kind of like an average team tonight to be kind. Need to get going.
I think we were looking past this game a bit. It's just natural to not be up for a game like this. With the 3 game stretch of ISU, Arizona, and Kansas looming just ahead. Thank God for Sharp's performance. If not for him who knows. We would have probably found another way to win. But against an opponent who is now 1-10 in the Big 12 we did not collectively look very good. We were at the end of a 2 day road trip, guys I am sure were ready to get home. Have not watched CKS's post game presser yet but am looking forward to his thoughts about the game.
Just like last game vs Utah, Coogs got up big and Kelvin ran the bench out there for serious minutes in the 2H
2/16 - 2/23: @ Iowa State #5 , Arizona #1 , and @ kansas #9. Three top-ten teams in eight days. Almost a tournament schedule to decide the regular season conference title.
No peacock for me either. We have 3 games in a row coming up we have to bring our A game. The 2 games we won this week we played our C or D game. Can't expect to beat ISU, Ariz, or KU playing like we played the last 2 games.
Here we go, the most murderous or prosperous stretch of the season: ISU, ARZ, KAN. Yikes! I figure if we win all three we are Big12 Champions and a lock for a No.! Seed in the NCAA. If we win two, we are still looking good. If we win just one, things get a tad shaky, and if we lose them all, we are in trouble all around: probably lose the BIG 12 and a lower seed. What do you think?
