Kawhi shouldn’t even be playing and the Clippers should be forfeiting every game until we get to the bottom of this mess.

 

Are you high? We got two reason why we didnt get a guard: Amen and Reed. Rockets were under 1M to the apron what kind of guard you think we should get?

In fact Stone did get a guard, his name is JD Davison. Stone can get the guards but so what if Ime wont play him? Ime sat down Reed who was playing great while down 3 and you are blaming Stone? What does roster construction have anything to do with this? We have a dumb coach with no idea on offense and will play Amen who cant shoot when they need a 3. Thats all you need to know. No Holiday, No Reed, but Amen is there when you need a 3. And you blame the GM? lol

BTW you realize Capela was the correct signing right? You still saying we shouldnt have gotten him even after Adams out for the season?

Yep, FVV getting hurt is the only reason the Rockets don't look like sure fire champs this year. Getting a 4th string PG ensuring Tate would play 1500 minutes was the way to go. Injuries aren't an excuse, but not trading away a player that got hurt would have fixed everything. Every team should be able to transform the roster completely as you said in one summer, have backups just as good if not better as Plan A wasn't likely to work, such that every team should win the NBA title every year.

It is hard to win an NBA championship. I'm not sorry for trading hyperboles for hyperboles. I love depth, but there are a lot of teams with better stars than the Rockets spending more resources on worse depth than the Rockets. If the Rockets were going to spend more resources this offseason, it should have been to upgrade the starting lineup. Having a better SF than JSJ would help a lot more than having a 4th PG on the bench behind Reed and ensuring Tate likely gets 1500 minutes.

Granted, I care more about trying to win an NBA Championship than making sure the team has backups in case things go poorly, to make a team with no shot at a title slightly better, so fans can whine about Tate playing a lot instead of the Rockets not having addressed the 4th string PG spot.

Amen is averaging 18/7/5 with elite defense
Reed is averaging 12/2/3 on 39% from 3
even JD was +16 against OKC when he got PT.

If we had a half decent offensive coach these would be enough. Of course you wouldnt know that cuz you are an Udoka apologist.

 

This is misleading as the West Kings beat each other up while the Knicks and Pistons feast on the Leastern teams. If they were all just one league and fought each other the same amount of times West teams would come out on top.

All i know is that reed would prosper on any team asides from this one

I’m surprised our guards have played as well as they have given the sabotage job by this low IQ coach. he’s out here expecting amen, senguin , and Tate to hit last second well defended 3s so I feel like this is a comedy at this point

 

JD is solid, just can't break into Imes rotation for unknown reasons.
