The most worrying aspect of Bondi's behavior was how she chose not to acknowledge the victims in the room even when presented to her and attempted to ignore all the questions by feigning disinterest as the questions were being voiced.

So we have to assume it was an intentional act to leave victims names unredacted as well as their personal information which included phone numbers and addresses. They want to intimidate the victims into silence.
