How can this keep happening at disproportional rates? Well, it starts with the institutions encouraging them to kill

 

You MAGA folks really do have to twist yourself up into a pretzel to find some twitter posts about transgender folks you think should scare the hell out of people don't you? OMG!!! Terrifying! That 0.1% of mass shooters in the history of mass shootings identifies as transgender or nonbinary.

Despite making up less than 1% of the population, Americans and high-profile social media accounts baselessly frame trans people as “dangerous,” research consistently shows that transgender people are four times more likely than cisgender people to be victims of violent crime.

Pride 2025 saw a dramatic rise in incidents, making it one of the most dangerous years on record for LGBTQ Americans. The ALERT Desk tracked 268 incidents during June 2025, a nearly 400% increase from the 54 incidents tracked in June 2022 when GLAAD began its data collection.

In 2025, the ALERT Desk tracked 1,042 anti-LGBTQ incidents in 47 US states and the District of Columbia. These included 128 acts of hateful vandalism, 76 violent assaults, 22 threats of mass violence, and 15 arson attempts. This is up from 984 incidents tracked in 2024, a 5% increase in hate.

LGBTQ+ people are more than twice as likely to be a victim of gun violence than their cisgender and straight peers.

LGBTQ+ students face bullying at more than double the rate of others. 43% of transgender youth have been bullied on school property.

29% of transgender youth have been threatened or injured with a weapon on school property, compared to 7% of cisgender youth.

Transgender people (16+) are victimized over four times more often than cisgender people. In 2017-2018, transgender people experienced 86.2 victimizations per 1,000 people compared to 21.7 victimizations per 1,000 people for cisgender people.

Transgender women and men had higher rates of violent victimization (86.1 and 107.5 per 1,000 people, respectively) than cisgender women and men (23.7 and 19.8 per 1,000 people, respectively).

Deb, you're missing the point in your eagerness to move the goal post to defend your failing party. Democrats are complete garbage like the Republicans.

First, let me reiterate - The vast majority of people do not care about men dressing up in womens clothes. Gender dysphoria has been around since since the dawn of time. This is not the issue.

The problem is the far left lunatics in the Democrat party (and all leftist around the globe) have tried to not only normalize this behavior, but encourage it. The difference now is the low iq Democrats have been advocating and promoting GAHT's. This **** is extremely dangerous and toxic for a human body that is in its natural homeostasis state. And then you have the Democrat party constantly promoting violence, which is a recipe for disaster.

You are right. The vast majority of Americans don't give a damn about how people dress, or who they choose to love. My post was to that tiny minority of bigots in here who post non-stop about trans and gays. Sometimes you just have to call out their BS, and their ridiculous fear mongering. It's that type rhetoric that incites more hate and violence against the LGBTQ community. They are the real folks who are more at risk of being victims of violence, and not the other way around.

 

How do Democrats encourage transgender behavior?
