It would be incredibly realistic if KD was worse next season at age 38. Expecting him to be like this is unrealistic. FVV when healthy wasn’t elevating this team to championship status. These guys are just homers.
I partially suspected our team took such a giant **** against the Celtics because they suspect Stannis Baratheon isn't showing up at The Wall on the trade deadline day to save them and "taking the black" had been forced on them in the first place.
With the way we've been overutilizing KD I'm going to be surprised if he makes it to the end of the season without a serious injury, let alone if he can still play at this level next season. Knock on wood.
Tate, Holliday and Green can’t get us an allstar at the trade deadline. Season is over. Fire everyone….
Lol they could have easily gotten some players that have been dealt that would have helped a lot. They just don’t give a **** about winning or they have zero clue what they are doing. They have the draft capital and a bunch of young guys that you can say are depreciating.
With the Rockets being above the first apron, can they waive a player and then sign a free agent? Or are they stuck with the roster they have, with no ability to tweak it?
Buyout market wrinkle If the player was waived midseason and had a pre-waiver salary higher than the non-taxpayer MLE, the Rockets cannot sign that player while above the first apron. (This rule was designed specifically to stop rich teams from loading up post-deadline.)
From Stonetitta inactivity this trade season we know one of 2 things is true 1) They are insanely irrationally copium bros who think this team is an actual contender 2) They are realistic enough to know this season is ****ed and the off-season is the last best hope for this group I'd put it at 75-25 option 1
I think its the 2nd, they made their big move in the offseason. I think people are way overrating Coby and Ayo and the rest of the guards are just depth guards that all of this board will cry about Ime playing over Reed in about a week any ways. Other than Harden, which would have been a big lift thanks to FVVs contract, I don't see the move out there that makes this team a contender. May as well just ride it out and see what opportunities are there in the next window.
yea ok bro. They definitely could not use a guard that can score, pass and shoot 3s at a high volume Thats absolutely not what this team needs right now. Wouldnt help them in any way whatsoever
