He's been loyal, but some good vets and bucks affiliates have made it clear that GA has played his last game in Milwaukee. His injury may be a blessing in disguise for him to continue his quiet demand out, while still being a Bucks hero . I'd bet he ends up in NY, San Antonio or (nightmare) Golden State. If he ends up in OKC (very possible with their assets), the league will be more disgusting than it was when our guy KD joined that satanic cult led by Steve Kerr. I wish we could get involved only to acquire Gary Trent or Kuzma (Trent nearly signed with us). I don't like Kuz's salary but he would be a spark for us in many ways. Hoping the Suns somehow beat OKC during tonight's meaningless cup game. Maybe I'm in the minority, but I despise SGA. His stats are great, but I loathe his style of play, especially the league rule that it's an automatic foul if you stand within 2 feet of him. He's the most overrated "superstar" or MVP I've watched in decades. Yuck. /Rant Love to all my fellow Rox fans
I feel the same way about SGA and the thunder as a whole. They are certainly a great team but they get away with being extremely physical on defense while you can't breathe near SGA without a foul being called. In many ways SGA is a worse foul baiter than Harden but Harden got hated on for many many years while SGA wins MVP and gets the same calls in the playoffs that Harden never got.
I'll do you one better. During the WCF between (those c***s***ing m***er*u**i*g) Golden State Warriors (ugh) and our beloved Rockets, when the Warriors were jumping into the space of the 3 point shooter (which is a foul in any universe not populated by dynasty teams), and the foul wasn't called, and when it was Harden he would fall backward........"Should that have been a foul? Let's go to the New York replay booth where former NBA ref Steve Javie will back up those refs still working the system; Steve?" "Well," responds Steve Javie from NY with a smirk, "the referees are probably giving leeway to the fact that Harden is flopping to draw a foul....." Yeah. Because your boys won't call the foul on the Warriors and Harden (a) is trying to get them to do their jobs and (b) if he came down solidly he would land on Bruce Bowen----er, Draymond / Klay and twist an ankle. All these years later and it still can raise my blood pressure. Now we have OKC. And, don't get me wrong, they're a great team. But they don't need help from the league. Problem is, stars sell the product. What was it Chris Finch said last season or so? "You can't touch Shai"? Honestly worded, it would have been, "You can't breathe near SGA without getting a foul called," but then, well, a fine and a phone call from Adam Corleone Silver. "Next time, I send Luca Brasi."
Well, then, let's hope for a Luka Doncic-type trade to the Knicks. No need to watch San Antonio leap forward. Golden State? Um, er, well, after Kaminga what would they have? Butler (wouldn't that just thrill Jimmy "Hey Ya" Buckets)?
[Charania] The tension within the Milwaukee Bucks organization and the locker room is at an “all-time high.” Giannis Antetokounmpo is frustrated with the losing and the overall situation.
That Emma Vance tweet on the OP is pure comedy. I feel like every one of these "leaks" is just pushing him to stay in Milwaukee more.
Me no say nothing. Me want new home? Me not say that. Shams say that. Me attacking rehab and just want and ready to play basketball. Me can no speak for me agent or he sharania. If that’s what they say, they say it but me no control them. You no hear it from me. Fake humble guy.

Probably going to the Knicks for KAT and whatever else they can scrounge up to appease the Bucks Yawn
[Charania] The Milwaukee Bucks have received trade offers for Giannis Antetokounmpo that include former All-Star players and draft picks.
Warriors Identified As Team That Could Put Together Best Trade Package For Giannis Antetokounmpo "If they're going to make a straight-up trade, you're looking at teams that can give the most opportunities. The Golden State Warriors are a team that immediately rises to the top of the list as far as the teams that can make a straight-up trade with the Bucks. The Warriors hold all of their future draft assets. They can trade up to four firsts and swaps. Steph Curry is there. They have an immediate need for a star player. This is where this discussion begins is Golden State. And everybody else, I think, is going to have to beat a strong Golden State offer if it comes."
Well, is all this assuming Giannis has an "injury" rather than an injury, and will play again soon? If he were healthy, I'd say we should do our due diligence. If not healthy, well, would it be soon enough to come back and keep GSW out of the play-in, let alone carry them to the trophy?
I get four firsts is a strong offer. I'm not sure how a well overpaid Jimmy Butler, and a guy GS paid but won't play in Kuminga is particularly appealing? I would imagine that they would want to hit hard rebuild and try and find a new star ASAP. Are Kuminga and Butler assets they can rehab next year and flip for further assets? The Bucks can KIND OF tank the rest of this year and get a lotto pick (as long as they are better than NOP). But they are definitely just loading up the lotto balls for Atlanta if they do that... They are currently a 32% chance at a top 4 pick, but unless NOP has a worse top 4 pick, then they are trading back (but most likely still to a top 10 pick). Having said that, they really only have this year they can be bad, and they they don't control their own pick until 2031....
