It seems like it's unclear what the orders actually were from what I've read. Although, honestly on the videos the only thing I heard was for her to get out of her car. Even still, that's a misdemeanor, so she should have gone to jail, and probably would be released by now, but she shouldn't have been murdered for it.
If after she decided not to follow ICE orders she had just sat there she would've been ok, but no, she decided to try to run over the ICE agent and paid the price by losing her life. I've got no sympathy for her. She knew the risks and decided to take the risk anyways. Maybe the next time a rioter/protestor decides to attack an ICE agent again they will think twice about that decision.

The ICE agent first shot arguably could be justified if he thought Renee Good was going to hit him with the car. A court of law will need to determine if the ICE agent first shot was justified. That court will have all of the available information to make a decision. The second and third shots need a different justification. I suspect that the ICE agent has none. If the second or thrid shot was the kill shot, that just might be first degree murder. If the ICE agent get convicted by the state, the state will put him down and the ICE agent will pay for his mistake with his life. And I will have no sympathy for him.
Her wheel turned away from the ICE agent and both reverse and forward. That isn't trying to run him over. He shouldn't have crossed in front of the car.
Also important to remember one of the ICE officers told her to drive away hence she was given conflicting instructions
