A timeout could have been immediately called on the rebound so the ball could have been inbounded at half-court with 13 seconds left. Instead, they let KD dribble the ball up, which is fine. What blew everything up is KD passing the ball to Alpi with 7 seconds left. That was nuts and forced Ime to call the TO, after which he drew up the idiotic 3 for Alpi.

 

Also Jokic is among the greatest basketball players I’ve ever seen and Sengun is really good.

 

When you need 3 point to tie, you put in all the good 3pt shooters.

Bari, Reed, Holiday, Durant, Okogie or Uncle Jeff.

That should be the lineup there. Sengun and Amen shouldn't be on the floor.

 

I mean, Amen is what he is. I don't expect that much from him anymore, especially while he's trying to pretend to be a PG.

To me, I'm concerned about Sengun's really piss poor decision making, that **** has to stop.

 

He played the best defense of the entire squad, especially in the Clutch. And him being out there means that better shots are being created, as the defense always needs to pay attention to him.

 

Leaving Ball Arena disgusted. The foul wasn't called on the initial contact with Amen...it was called when Timmy tripped over his damn self.

Zach got it wrong. I shouted it as much and made sure Jokic heard me a few times calling him flopping garbage.

We'll be fine, but we need another scorer who can create his shot and, obviously , some guard security.

Hoping that we pack Tari up for the available win now moves. Or, maybe I'm just extra angry about the nuggets getting a fraudulent win.

 

Ime has shown literally nothing, that would make any of us think that wasn't what he drew up.

He's a preschooler when it comes to offense. Every single game emphasises that.

That's an absolutely laughable play to end the game.

But then again, this is the same guy who watched a player absolutely cook in the first quarter, and then the next quarter and a bit make him redundant. Might be funny if it was the first time that's happened this season, and not a recurrence.

we lost to a Denver team missing 2 starters yet again

KD made some plays on defense, but he had 3 points in the 4th and OT…that’s not good enough

yeah when KD passed the ball to Alpi, I was like wtf are you doing?? That’s the exact situation where we need KD to go full 1 on 5 iso ball…

 

I.AM.STILL.BAFFELED.....Ime drew up a 3pt shot for Alpi, who didn't take a 3pt shot all night.

 

We had 7 seconds, Alpi should of improvised (if the initial play was dead), instead of that brainfart.

 

We knows for sure that if we’d won this game we would’ve lost (Blown out) Saturdays game

 

I think in general I'm ok with Alpi's decision making (some crunch-time ones notwithstanding), but one thing that bothers me a LOT is when he stays behind to complain to the referees instead of getting back on defense.

It's becoming a trend, and I really don't think it helps.
