Nuggets lost, here come the Golden Nuggets.

 

Not everything is a conspiracy. You could easily flip it and say the league wants the Rockets to have plenty of practice time and easy games to practice, experiment and gel before facing the better teams. By the time the schedule gets harder the team will be a finely honed machine and solidly in the top 6, which is all that matters for the playoffs.

 

Every time I've watched him this season he seems out of shape. Maybe he'll improve as he rounds into better shape.

 

He did have 1 good quarter. Not sure if he's out of shape or just OLD.

 

Ah, come on. We have multiple active players on our team that used to refer to Capela as "that young kid down in Houston". Though I guess playing for Atlanta might age you a bit . . .

 

Not sure what you expect from Clint.

20/10 guy?

15/10 guy? 10/10 guy? 5/10 guy?

He's been what i've expected him to be. he's no longer a young jumpy big man. he knows his role and he knows what he needs to do to contribute. crash the boards. rim runner. block and alternate shots but not chasing after blocks too much.

not getting a single minute is not on clint. that's on ime. now if we're talking about getting 5-10 minutes and he did nothing? that's on clint.

he's not adams where he can push other bigs around. he's playing his game and that's ok.

 

He’s getting paid 7 million dollars. I expected him to at least play. It doesn’t seem like we are getting our money’s worth. I’m wondering what the Rockets were expecting from Clint, and is he meeting their expectations.

 

Warriors struggling with the magic so I don’t feel as bad now

 

I'm gonna change my tune a little.

Desmond Bane has had more than his share of run-ins with opponents early in the season. I thought it was because of his frustration with a poor start shooting the ball. But against the Warriors tonight, he seems to be targeting Brandin Podziemski on several occasions. It makes the stuff with Reed seem very minor.

 

Steph and Jimmy both over 25+ points and they are down 10+ points. This magic team is forreal boy

 

You guys kidding me... that Magic team is well coached and highly talented. They play hard too...the addition of Bane has done wonders. Once PB comes back...they are going to be even tougher to beat.

We were down Tari, DFS, and FVV too.... but they would be a tough out.

 

The Warriors have played 16 games so far..Rockets have played 12 games. NBA bout to screw over the Rockets later in the season.

 

Jabari is questionable for the Cavs game with knee tendinopathy. So the Rockets may be even more shorthanded. The Cavs though are gonna missing quite a few players, so I guess it all evens out.

 

Great. Sounds like a minor injury that turns major. Rockets staff usually like to call it something bs at first.
