That is part of the problem, but I saw several hits in that game from him that I thought might get a flag. He’s a good player, but he needs to quit sticking his tongue out at the NFL. It will not end well for him.

I’m convinced that the decision is actually pretty straightforward at this point - Step 1 is firing Caserio.

You replace Caserio with someone you explicitly trust to fix this. Part of that is a clear charge to fix the OL. The other aspect is telling the new GM that he has full authority to say DeMeco isn’t the guy and move on. Every bit of the org needs a sense of urgency that makes them uncomfortable at this point, including DeMwco
