    The undisciplined penalties are still happening in year 3 consistently.

    I’m teetering on the dangerous edge of letting Meco go.

    At what point does it stop happening in which it cost you games.

    MAke your hit and get back to the huddle. You are losing so why talk mess!!! Dumb **** as always and undiscipline. Management needs to talk to these coaches. Been going on way too far!!!

    Demeco is not a head coach that will win at the highest levels, IMO. No real improvement.

    I'm ready to move on. I would probably get Mike McCarthy at this point. At least he can score points. I don't want anymore first time coordinators or head coaches.

    I was really hoping we would get a good offensive coordinator/"head coach of the offense". I'd miss watching his defenses.
