That’s partly why getting Durant was important. Wemby and the Spurs are coming, along with Oklahoma City already being a dominant team.

The Western Conference is loaded with good teams and the Rockets needed an offensive upgrade to really compete in the playoffs.

 

Lets wait until they play a team not currently competing for Dybantsa or Boozer.

 

Good win but that zone wont work against teams that can shoot.

 

their defense definitely sucks now. I don’t get why Amen doesn’t press the ball handler like he used to. Maybe conserving more energy for offense? Dunno but he doesn’t look the same on defense

 

They played an aggressive zone trapping strong side and shifting a lot. But they still left guys open once it’s swung weak side or when they overload one side.

 

Knew this would be a blow out.

He’s been getting stupid fouls early which cost him to be aggressive for two straight games. He did that reach from behind and one from falling down. He gotta cut those fouls to stay in

Jalen and DB allowed others to do alot. Bring the ball up, playmaking and defense requires a lot over an 82 game schedule.

Reed Sheppard is a HUGE Target when Reed plays Defense, and Opponents want Reed on Switches.

Only against bottom tier teams.

 

He's not a 3rd string center as he is expected to get PT even if both Sengun and Adams are healthy. Usually 3rd string guys dont see the court unless blowouts or somebody gets injured. Udoka expects all 3 get some pt every game he is more like 2.5 string center.

He has 4/4 because all he does is dunk. Nets have worst defense in the L so they let him dunk at the rim. Capela was pretty bad on defense Ben Saraf made a shot right in his face. He also couldnt get any boards, just 1 reb in 13 mins. You can see the diff in impact between them Adams +20 Capela 0 but Adams just got 3 mins more than him lol.
