    That was great! Broadcast crew complaining that OKC wasn't picking up Amen full court, then jubilant when they did pick up full court, then Amen drove full court for the layup.

    To their credit, they laughed afterward.

    It was an amazing moment almost like Amen heard what they said. And to be fair one of them did say that Wallace was probably afraid of being blown by.

    Teams are going to make Amen prove he can shoot rather than giving him an easy path to the rim. That’s why him taking those threes in the first half is so important. It will help space the floor and open up driving lanes.

    Proof would be what the players see on the court. If it got into the shooters head, even just a little, then maybe the next shot or two doesn't go in. Or maybe the guy blocking the shot feels better after a frustrating play before or wanted to keep his intensity up for the next play. Hard to quantify that as a stat.
