I feel like I've watched 14 innings of baseball in the past 90 minutes

 

Pena was always a "bust ass out of the box" and hustle on every single play.

There's been about a dozen plays recently, since he came off the IL, that he's just lollygagged it for whatever reason

It is about how you turn to throw - a left hander has to turn his back to home plate, and loses sight of what is going on.....from all infield positions, except 1B.

It is a more natural throw for a right handed player even though it might be across the body you can see the entire IF.
