I'm not sure that a more outlandish statement than some of the Trump lies that many conservatives here post ad nauseum. Yes , other presidents have been shitbags , but the amount of executive power that Trump has been using is quite extreme. At the very least , the balance of power within our democracy is shifting . There has not been another president who has been so transparently corrupt and used the position for his own financial gain or the benefit of his friends. I think things could uglier quickly . ICE is going to get more money than they know what to do with . It's a record percentage of Americans living paycheck to paycheck.
