Shams reported that Cam is part of the trade. He may not be here come July 6th. Can someone please confirm that’s not Cam isn’t part of the deal.

 

We didn't lose any of real assets so how would this set us back? We still have all our first and suns first and Dallas first. And we kept our 5 most important young guys.

Let’s say we play with this iteration with Amen at the 2. I assume Tari at the 3. Durant at 4.

let’s say we run into the Warriors again in 2026 playoffs. Lets say they trap durant half court and also play some 1-3-1 and 3-2 zone. Sure Durant wouldn’t have a catastrophic series like Green and likely would hit some open threes or mid range shots but that offense is still compressed with them sagging or loading up strong side. Would this be enough to win? I dunno. I really don’t. But that’s the question. We shall see

Cam isnt a 2. He doesn’t play make, doesn’t pass and doesn’t defend. He wasn’t good enough to be a bench rotation player and definitely not goof enough to start.

 

As much as it sucks (for me) to lose Jalen, it's a great deal. Kept all our high value picks.
