That's like moving Lidge to a relief pitcher.

Move Biggio to the 2, Glenn to LF, and McGrady to CB.

I don't like Kent and never have, but that was classy.

I'm not against bringing him back, but what are some other options at second?

Garner should be a player/manager. Bat himself 6th and play 3rd! Maybe 2nd to keep his arm fresh for the entire year.

They would not go outside the organization.

Do Pettite and Miller = Roger and Carlos? Probably pretty close.

Then get a Womack-type to set the table, steal 2nd, catch some balls. The roster would contend.

Oh, and send a missile to out Micelli.

Pettitte didn't sign up to be on this sub par offensive team. We've been known for having a monster offense since we finished rebuilding last time. Bring Kent back for another year and regign Beltran. Not that this should be a shocking revolution to anyone here.;) I think most of us are on the same page.

Sell the team to the owner of the Kemah Boardwalk. I guarantee you he'll get Beltran resigned.

And the Astros didn't sign him to be healthy for half of the season.

That guy can't even run a good restaurant...let alone a baseball team.
