    Probably a bigger immediate need at interior OL. Jackson is a high character, local kid with good production dating back to his freshman year. Stepped in for Simmons at OT when he was injured last year and performed admirably. Feels like a high floor, plug and play kid. Was the leader on a national championship team, so added bonus of being a winner.

    Tomlin wouldn't put up with Sanders and his baggage. Definitely not a culture fit. I kinda think someone will trade up for him and he'll still go in the first, but we'll see.

    Jackson is IMO the best pure guard. Has shown the ability to kick out to tackle in a pinch. Guard is our worst position (we at least have tackles who have shown they can be average) and this is a weak tackle class. I also think most of us would be fine with Conerly.
