Sounds right. Hopefully we win in 7 if it goes that far. We have enough we just gotta do it.

 

It's not like they came out playing awful. They were up 19-12 late in the first quarter.

Ime should've kept Steven Adams in the last 5 minutes. Warriors really didn't have an answer for him. Going back to Jalen killed us.

 

I knew Jalen was going to embarrass himself when he did all that yapping about "locking in" by deactivating his social media and watching old footage of Kobe and Jordan. Bro just keep that yourself and let your game do the talking. You don't have to announce to everyone you're getting into playoff mode, just do it. Seems like he made it this big thing in his head and then the pressure predictably got to him.

 

Curry and Jimmy had excellent games.

FVV and Green each had arguably their worst of the year.

Amen and Tari were blah.

I need to see Jabari get more minutes as his ability to create shots is important.

Lots and lots of room for improvement.

They had a huge matchup advantage with the bigs. That is something GSW can't handle with their rotation.

I feel pretty good about the series still if you look at the longevity of it being 7 games.

What was more embarrassing? Jalen's playoff debut or his dunk contest?

 

We definitely can't win with Fred and Jalen going a combined 7 for 34. They were awful. Just awful. I don't know how many wide open 3's Fred missed. And Tari was 3-10.

Meanwhile, Bari didn't miss a single shot - but only got 3 attempts. Steven Adams was the only player on the team with a positive +/- and he only played 20 minutes.

Sengun sure looked like he.s a guy you can count on in the playoffs though.

 

Playoff debut... that was disgusting.

 

Adams played like a vet with playoff experience last night. Where the f*** was FVV's playoff and NBA finals experience yesterday?? If you can't bring experience into the playoffs and shoot and play like garbage, then go the f*** away.

With Jalen and FVV struggling hard, I would've liked to have seen any combo of Whitmore, Holiday, Unc, and/or Shepperd. I understand playoff rotations get smaller but we are a deep ass team with talent all the way through, no need to keep a guy in when he's been crap.

 

The worst part is foster was out with injury. If he comes back and goes twice this series, we are screwed.

 

FVV has to shoot better.

 

Yeah that made no sense to go away from what worked...I didn't care for the Mchale era but he stuck to the lineup in gm6 against thr clippers that clawed all the way back into the game and kept harden on the bench, that resulted in a win and complete comeback. I could have saw us doing that last night keeping adams on the floor. Maybe give him a couple minutes rest but close out the game with him bc that's the o nly clear advantage they have is size and rebounding. Warriors are better offensively and defensively post butler.

 

Hopefully Ime stayed late and got some threes up last night

 

The curry 3 pointer after the botched out of bounds call. Right after they lost the review from the previous foul. smh

 

People keep saying this, but he shot poorly this season. He's not gonna magically turn into an efficient offensive player now that they're in the postseason.

Ime just has to limit his role and minimize the damage he does.
