    The Astros’ lineup can’t handle Walker to be out for a month with their current starting outfield. Four weak spots is just too many, and they can’t afford a start to the season similar to last year.

    Is there a report out there to indicate the oblique is injured rather than just sore? All I've heard is the investigation is still ongoing.like a trip to do evaluation by trusted doctors.

    No, no indication of an actual injury or strain. Just soreness. He said it doesn't feel as bad or the same as last year, when he was out for a month.

    Depending on what the images show today, shut him down til opening day and then bring him back. 3 weeks of rest should be enough. Hell, maybe sit him the first week as well just to be extra safe.

    Having Walker at first instead of Singleton is a tremendous upgrade. It's only 1 game, but he seems like a really tough out. His defensive skills remind me of Yuli. He will dig out a lot of bad throws from the infielders.
