    *Pennison* His name was Jay Pennison, lol. And he never played with Harvey Salem. Salem held out in '86 and was then traded in September. It's why Matthews moved to LT in '86.

    Yes, Davis, Jay Pennison was the center. Davis/Munchak/Pennison/Matthews/Steinkuler was the OL in the Glanville hey-day ('87-'89). Maggs & Williams replaced Davis and Steinkuler in '90. Pennison left after 90; Matthews moved to center and Doug Dawson played RG.

    I wonder how this team is going to do next season. Outside of defense, offensively, I think we didn’t improve that much

    Only way we improved was addition through subtraction. On paper I don’t know that Kirk is better than Diggs. Everyone else has been a loss other than some backup OL guys.

    for sure. Would be nice using some of the remaining free agent money to sign Will Hernandez and maybe someone else on the O-Line (any position is fine). Would love Hewitt back for special teams.
