Jabari's NBA comp might actually be what was expected out of Eddie Griffin. I never considered that before, but it does make sense. Griff had the potential to be a legitimate #3 option on a competing team. Long, athletic, switchable and defensive-minded with a respectable 3 point shot. Didn't have the handle to be a #1 or 2 option, but definitely enough game that you couldn't ignore him.

Let's hope Jabari has the mental wherewithal to achieve his ceiling both on the court and, as a man, off of the court. RIP Eddie Griffin.
