I think so too, although not that bad. 8-2 Stros Close game at first and we knock out Marqui in the middle innings. Roy goes 7 strong, and a Qualls or Micelie redeem themselves by mopping up.
The bats are LOOONG overdue to start producing with men on base. Roy should be solid no matter what... and Lidge will still be Lights Out for one inning. I'm not so sure about the 2nd inning though. Today will be a game of constant add on, and flawless defense... we need to be doing both the ENTIRE game, because the Cardinals are just waiting for us to beat ourselves like we did in Games 1 and 2. We didn't do it yesterday... and you saw what happened. Same thing today.

I just cringed at that thought. Last weekend was not kind. I was even sure the Rockets were going to get a season ending injury during the Heat game because of the whole "things come in 3's" deal.

Any word on Lidge's availabilty, since he threw something like 50 pitches last night, is he only available for one inning or what?
He said he wil be ready to pitch today. Of course hopefully he won't have to pitch cause it will be a blowout by the astros taking it to the Cardinals. But im sure he can still pitch an inning if he needs to tonight.
The amazing bats will continue to be alive. Astros hit another 3 HR's. With 1 more HR the Astros Tie (or break) the NL record for post season HR's. Beltran is 1 away from the most NL HR's in the post season. Let's go Stros! Gonna play some BF vietnam until game time.
hmm, i'll be keeping myself busy until gametime with some government hw still have time since the r****ds usually take up to 30 mins after the "GAME TIME" to get the game started. so at about 3:25-3:30 , I'll be sitting on the couch, cheering on the astros hope beltran gets that 8th hr today as well.... that guy is just INCREDIBLE.... sheesh
