    1. Fire Slowik.
    2. Make Demeco an assistant/DHC.
    3. Get a new head coach.
    3. Fix the offensive line so CJ actually has time to throw.
    4. Get Diggs and Tank healthy.

    Meco needs to watch some Dan Campbell film... it took a second for Campbell to get there, but he got there.

    It seems Meco needs more of a big pic mentality... you coach the whole team, not just the defense
