    Well it was designed to be a quick hitter, probably a slant and CJ could not pull the trigger. And he didn't appear to have any kind of backup plan.

    I think they are calling quick hitters, Stroud is looking like he’s hesitating and when he doesn’t hit the receivers in the initial open window, he panics then starts waiting for someone to get open deep, usually leading to him getting sacked.
