He’s a good defensive coordinator but he’s a horrible head coach. He never hold guys accountable and he doesn’t make adjustments. He’s too nice of a guy, he allows himself to be run over. I can’t believe he let Kenyon Green continue to start after hurting the team for several weeks because he didn’t want to hurt his feelings. Good head coaches are jerks because they put the team and organization before personal relationships with players/coaches.
