    I already hate these announcers on ESPN.

    So, did anyone take off from work to see this game? I had to break a vacation day down into 2 hour pieces to take off afternoons for each of these early day games...lol.

    I don't think this pitcher's stuff is that great personally. We should be able to get some runs. But, what do I know?

    I'm so freaking gun shy with the Astros in the playoffs that I look way too much into the first inning. Biggio striking out, Bagwell flying out. I need to relax.

    why should wright even go through the formality of throwing his pitches when we can just let mclellan call them a strike beforehand. none of the first 3 pitches to biggio was a strike but he just had to call the third one, and bagwell got a bad call as well. they're probably thinking "here we go again" about now.

    My anxiety level has been building since about 20 minutes before the first pitch. I witnessed one of the playoff losses to the Braves back in the Dome. I witnessed a loss to the Phillies to in 1980. 35 years of following the Stros leaves some doubt in one's mind.
