    There is.

    Baseball Savant has a "Runner Runs" advanced metric stat. It's akin to defensive runs saved for a fielder, except even more complex.

    So 202 batters have either a 0 or positive runner runs stat line.

    Another 55 have a -1. Altuve is in that group. Then they list only 20 more batters who are worse than -1. Will be interesting to see if that base running blunder puts him into the -2 group. I doubt it.

    So yeah he's in the "not very good on the bases" group.

    Inexplicably, you can’t challenge that…. But you can challenge HBP’s.

    Of course I’m sure the umpires union was like “we never miss those… don’t make those challengeable which makes us look bad every time…”

    Not only do they all miss it, they toss Altuve for standing up for himself.
