    OK use your imagination:

    Miami Heat trade Jimmy Butler for Jaylon Green plus...
    Bucks trade Jannis for Sengun plus...

    Both teams get younger with (supposedly) upcoming stars.

    Rockets end up with a dream team that could contend for the chip.
    Now what about those pluses?
    We would need to get really lucky in the draft lottery and retain our original pick, plus do good with the Nets pick...

    But hey, it's just a dream!

    gainnis is a pure regular season player, he's not good in the playoffs. We wouldn't be contenders with that team, or really even close
