Die hard Trumpers don't give a damn what laws Trump breaks. Die hard Trumpers are so crazy that they want a criminal and con leading our country. Die hard Trumpers have proven they will get violent, beat cops, spray bear spray in their faces, and do anything to get that creep back in power. If they had been allowed to bring their weapons to that rally I guarantee you they would have killed more people. It's disturbing and disgusting that they would do that for some psychopathic lying con. How stupid do you have to be to not see that?

I really enjoyed that movie…Life. An American classic…although I’d rather see him meet the booty warrior.

Trump has to be wrong on this one. The witness list isn't a secret. I have watched court TV hundreds of times.

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/ar...-national-committee-political-consulting.html

The New York prosecutor in the New York City hush money case against Donald Trump was previously hired for ‘political consulting’ by the Democratic National Committee.

The revelations regarding attorney Matthew Colangelo raises concerns over the perceived politicalization of the multiple cases against the former president – and specifically the first case brought by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office.

Colangelo, according to a Fox News Digital review of Federal Election Commission records, was paid $12,000 by the DNC on January 31, 2018. It was distributed by DNC Services Corp/Democratic National Committee in two separate payments of $6,000 on the same day.

The description listed by the FEC for the purpose of the payment to the attorney is labeled ‘Political Consulting.’

Colangelo delivered opening statements in the criminal trial and questioned witnesses over the last three weeks.

The prosecutor left a senior role at Biden’s Justice Department to join Bragg’s office in December 2022.

So you are running out of stupid things to say about the gag order, the first, amendment, and the merits of the trial … ignoring all the things people have posted to inform you your posts are full of crap, and now all you have left is that the prosecutor is partisan?

Let me guess. You think that even if Trump is dead ass guilty of these charges, the law, facts and a jury verdict should not count because the prosecutor is a Dem. My lord you are brain dead.

Obviously the gag order means nothing to trump, nor Merchan's repeated threat about jail time... but whoever this witness is, sure seems to have trump unhappy. And since I am not a lawyer nor prosecutor, does the prosecution have to clear all witnesses with the defendant?

It appears that Stormy Daniels is that witness. Odd trump and his legal team would be caught off guard but trump is obsessed with attacking all witnesses and officials of the court.

Trump's controller yesterday testified under oath that no one instructed him to label the accounting entry for the payment to Stormy Daniels as 'legal expenses'. He had no interaction with Trump on this issue. As a reminder, this labeling is the CORE of the Democrats' political prosecution against Trump. It's the heart of the case. And it just got annihilated. In a fair legal system, this case would never have been brought -- just as the Feds declined to prosecute it. But the evidence (controller's testimony) exonerates Trump against this false charge.

as usual, your willful ignorance manifests itself.

the payments in questions have been shown to be an expenditure for the Trump campaign, as testified by many including Hope Hicks, Packer andothers
Trump Co's Controller / CFO corroborated that the expenses were recorded in the company's books.

    willful fraud 101,
campaign expenditures were recorded as Trump co expenditures.; just that simple

Are you referring to a campaign for President? This is a state court -- they don't have jurisdiction over campaign laws outside the state of NY. This isn't a conspiracy case either -- the phony charges relate to falsifying business records -- a misdemeanor. And Trump's controller just testified that Trump exerted no influence over the accounting record keeping -- which would make total sense. The heart of the case just got destroyed.

8 years of scrutinizing every Trump deal ever done and we are down to one accounting entry out of perhaps hundreds of thousands in Trump companies, in a "trial" timed right in the middle of a Presidential election.

Welcome to Judge Merchan's kangaroo court in our banana republic!

doubling down on your willful stupidity!!!

Trump co. is a NY-based company.
expendures, unrelated to the Trump Co, were recorded in its books.
willful fraud 101; just that simple.

it is too bad that you lack the mental capacity to comprehend this simple fact
