I've consistently stated that DeSantis and Newsome are two sides of the same coin. Apparently several other states are just as crazy. It is constitutional though, via the FDR era and the limiting (not banning) of Milknot. I think the criminal ban could be argued as a due process violation, though modern conservative judges are loathe to go that route. At the same time, economic liberty is making a comeback.

If people choose the alternative let them have the choice. Who cares? Just like it's not against the law for lazy people to buy grease filled fast food, or eat processed crap, or feed it to their obese kids. I don't eat bugs, but I'm sure they are healthier than a bag of Cheetos and a Big Mac.

I favor clear labeling and would definitely eat it. I get it's weird, but could be a big part of maintaining human life after we've destroyed our planet.
