    Guess Espada hasn't been fired....yet. Don't have a good feeling about this series. I'll be surprised if the Astros win this series.

    Truth is the Cubs are a good team, and ANY 3 game series can have any combination of W-L results.

    There is no result that will change my mind on this team.

    What will?

    1. Leave Jose Abreu on the bench at least 2 and hopefully all 3 games (Brown said give him time off)
    2. Make better pitching change decisions including resetting the big 3 w/ rest or ideal situations as needed.
    3. Show some life, emotion, and pride on the field
    4. Have better PAs w/ RISP
    5. See some hope of "early season Bregman" leaving and "rest of season Bregman" arriving.
    6. 3 quality starts.
    Oh, and of course winning helps.

    He’s been dead for thirty something years and he’s Canadian, but when I think of Chicago, I still see John Candy. I guess because he was in a lot of movies made by Harold Ramis and John Hughes.

    Also, when I think of the Cubs, I think of the live episode of E.R. on NBC and they had the live Astros/Cubs game on a television in the background and that was the game the Astros clinched the central division title.

    Roy-O was pitching his old fashioned bourbon at the Whiskey Riot Festival this past weekend. Was cool to see him there, and he was super friendly/approachable.
