2023-2024 Kia NBA Awards Finalists

    The NBA today revealed the three finalists for the seven awards that honor top performers in the 2023-24 season: Kia NBA Clutch Player of the Year, Kia NBA Defensive Player of the Year, Kia NBA Most Improved Player, Kia NBA Most Valuable Player, Kia NBA Rookie of the Year, Kia NBA Sixth Man of the Year and NBA Coach of the Year.

    TNT will reveal the winner of each award during its coverage of the 2024 NBA Playoffs, beginning Tuesday, April 23.

    The three finalists for each annual award are based on voting results from a global panel of sportswriters and broadcasters. Each voter’s complete ballot for each award will be posted at pr.nba.com after the announcement of all end-of-season awards.

    Such a bummer jokic got robbed last year. Assuming he doesn’t get robbed this year he could’ve had 4 in a row. Certainly deserves to have 4 in a row.

    Didn’t he have the highest defensive on/off differential in the league? Obviously rudy will and should win but it’s not that crazy. Victor had a 105.8 defensive rating, rudy 104.4 but rudy had a real coach/system/teammates

    Victor Wembanyama has himself a ridiculous night for the Spurs, going off for 27 points, 14 rebounds and 10 blocks to become the first rookie since 1990 with a 10-block triple-double.

    George Karl has zero credibility and his biased acknowledgement would only serve to hurt someone's case for one of the best ever.

    Thankfully Jokic is independently considered amazing and most intelligent people ignore George Karl's hot takes.
