Maybe he could become a contributing/supporting member, then @Clutch would get something positive out of it.
No thanks. I didn’t seek anyone out with the bet, it was an open invitation. Most Rockets fans would not take this bet because even if they believed we would win less than 40 games, you are still rooting for your home team, not against. Yet YOLO was so eager to get rid of me that it was “Christmas” for him. **** around find out, that’s the rules of the jungle.
Sun Tzu's quote "If you wait by the river long enough, the bodies of your enemies will float by" welp... burn in hell, YOLO! lol!
LOL .... I would not hold your breath on it happening. He's not starting from scratch....IMHO, I don't think his ego will simply allow him to ride off into the sunset. Betting your account against the hometown teams success is not only anti-kosher, but it also speaks volumes on how he perceives his own intellect! I have no beef with him and it really doesn't impact me either way......if he stays he stays......if he goes he goes... (P.S.) I have an inflated ego as well (signature about win/loss), but I will never bet my account, or any money on MY WILD GUESSES! Spoiler Go Rockets!!! ....... ....... .......
I'm all for lively discussion... I love a good debate! - but then there are posters that are just condescending azzez! If someone wants to attack my argument or my thought process - fine, I may be given info that helps me formulate a more informed view... and at the end of the day, we're all 'works in progress' but then there are those that just want to be rude... just make the discussion about personal attacks and name calling - just because someone has a diff opinion... but the really cherry on top - is those same jerks become even more attackative once they've been proven wrong! Goodbye and good riddance to YOLO! ...although unfortunately little pricks like him just resurface under a diff name - and continue their stupidity... smh
That's probably because you agreed with him. I am fine with YOLO because I agreed with him majority of the times, I'd say about 70%. I'm 100% right, of course. The 30% of the times we just ignored each other. He had enemies because of his attitude. He never admitted wrong and was rude to people who didn't agree with him. The fact that he would make this bet shows how inflated his self-confidence is with his own opinions.
On UH I did. He knew stuff before it was public. On the rest I wasn't familiar with his posting to make a judgment. I honestly don't think it's that big of a deal. I'm sure once cooler heads prevail it can be worked out
