    That was kind of boring.

Clouds broke just in time! Clear skies for the totality! Best part? Temp drop!

Noticed the same…clouds broke just enough to take a quick glance. Pretty cool. Reminds you how ridiculously small we are.

My soundtrack (in order) was (blasting neighborhood with front door wide open...how fun!):

    Pink Floyd - DSOTM:

    "Us and Them"
    "Any Colour You Like"
    "Brain Damage"
    "Eclipse"

    Total Eclipse - Silent Intermission

    Police

    "Walking on the Moon"
(Forgot...insert Eagles - "In The City" here)
"De Do Do Do, De Da Da Da"
    "Roxanne"

My subwoofer started rattling during the total eclipse due to a bad connection...even though it was muted. lol. So, didn't get exact silence there during the intermission. Mistook it for the end of the world.

Ended up being much better than expected lots of good views through the clouds -- totality looked like a black hole esp with all the swirling clouds.

Quite an incredible thing to see.

Clouds played nice here in DFW. Truly breathtaking with a large group of people. Didn't realize it would get so dark so suddenly. Like someone turned on the dimmer.

Eager to see how the animals behaved at the D/FW zoos. There's supposed to be a segment coming up. lol. Are they all blind? I know they tend to look down.

A fireball just shot out of the sun, poked a hole in the moon, and wiped out Toledo, OH. Turrible!

Someone being interviewed just said "we're all alone and all we have is each other".

Did anyone see a flock of birds fly across the sky during the total eclipse? I did.
