Not to mention desperately trying to bring the corpse of Ryan Anderson back, Michael Carter-Williams, James Ennis, the Shumpert trade, Capela for Covington trade, the Knight/Chriss shenanigans, Boogie Cousins, John Wall, Victor Oladipo.... people forget what a poop storm ride it has been. As Rockets fans we've forgotten what it's like to acquire and cultivate winning players.
Why would you see Silas years as a nightmare? This would mean you expected more from those inexperienced teams. But the facf is All teams go through losing seasons during the rebuilding years and the Rockets were no different. The reality was the team was filled with first and second year players with almost no vets with winning experience to guide them. And the reality was that the players were growing and developing and that process takes time. Silas was part of the history no matter if you like it or not. Again glass half full or empty. What we do know is the Rockets have a chance to go .500 or better and they are trending upwards compared to last year’s level of play. OKC was under.500 last year and have one of the best records in the NBA. The future is bright
