A close friend of mine goes to Cabo for follistatin gene therapy. He says it will reduce his biological age by 10 years. He does look good -- I'll give him credit. I'll monitor him over the next year and if he doesn't turn into a frog, I'll consider it. But "old" to me is when your ability to pursue activities start to be significantly impacted. Whether that's sexual relations, power lifting, stamina for business activity, or a combination of the three. GOOD DAY

After thinking about it, old is pretty much whatever age your parents happen to be. If you're 20 and they are 45, they're old. If you're 60 and they are 85, they're old.
