I agree that's what they're trying to do now. But It can't be what they originally wanted. With the Armstead wild goose chase, the Wilkins rumors and the new story about Greenard, they really really wanted a 3- down DT. Sometimes the best things come when you have no choice but to improvise. It might just work out.

hollywood can’t stay healthy and that’s not gonna change, but $7 mil isn’t a lot for a proven WR. I do struggle with what we are paying Robert Woods, and wish we cut him and signed someone in that $7 mil range. Given Dell’s health we absolutely need to add more depth, but looks like they’ll do it through the draft.

It wasn't about us offering more or less. He only wanted KC, and they told him from the outset that they were going to make an offer to him during free agency.

I’m not going to get frustrated. We have had an outstanding off-season and expect another awesome draft. I see no reason to suspect that Caserio will not pull off his short term contract Magic once again. I think Noah Brown is underrated. A stud linebacker or DT will solidify our run defense. If we sign a decent safety in FA, we can go BPA at positions of need in the draft. Don’t count out an OT in the first 3 rounds.

This was a GREAT pick-up by the Chiefs! That is an excellent value contract in favor of the Chiefs!! I said it in a previous post that I wanted the Texans to go after Hollywood because I felt he was an underrated WR who was not going to break the bank! Having said that, I wasn't aware of what @Fyreball posted of him only wanting to go play for the Chiefs.:(

I can't blame him for wanting to go play for the back-to-back Super Bowl Champs, just goes to prove that the rich always seem to get richer. Doubling down.... Hollywood will have similar if not better stats at the end of the season than Ridley at a 40% price tag!!

    Go Texans!!!

Because we don't have Mahomes nor could we offer the opportunity that he is looking for.
He wants to be WR1/WR2 and not be WR3.

Jeudy is soft. They’ll regret this deal big time.

For those that despise the Browns, this is a dream come true. SMH, how stupid can you be?

Boooo... wanted Shaq to come back on a cheap deal while we developed a rookie CB.

Not sure if I was thinking $6M tho...

What is it with Minny & former Texans this off-season?
