Midrange, Corner 3s, using his Speed on defense getting steals for Fast Break Points.

Making 6 - 10 shots from Midrange, 3 Fast Break Points. Jalen Green can be a 25 Point Scorer with a better Field Goal Percentage.

Improving his 3 Point Shot and Adding Strength to his Calves and Upper Body. Jalen Needs Muscle.

It is not Low IQ, Jalen not paying attention. Ime Udoka and Fred VanVleet need to do better job of Trusting Jalen more at the end of the Shot Clock Possessions.

Well, here's the thing. This is the 3rd year straight that he's waited til the end of the year to start looking like an impact player. I fully expect him to finish the season strong but what about the first 60 games when he's a f'ing disaster. The Rockets could already be well positioned for the playoffs if he had played at this level all year but for some reason he can't do it or only wants to do it when he sees the end of the season is near.

To add on to what you mentioned

    3. Work on handle and securing the ball on drives (tuck/cuff) .....he seems to absorb contact on drives better than first couple seasons and more muscle this off season should help in that area as well, he should also tote a hand squeezer around, it is good for building finger strength/grip

    4. He needs to develop a fast break pull up J to keep D off balance and not just relying on direct drive to rim.......inclusive with a mid range game that he doesn't utilize enough

If I were the staff I would show him the numbers where he shot the 3 the best % and shoot from those spots more than other areas (75/25% split)

But the 3pt shot is the most critical then the mid range/FT game, even though he is decent at FT%, he needs to get in upper 80%(85+)

He also needs to work with shooting coach on his form (T-ball/wrist action)

    He has been better, sure.
But 32.7% from 3 in March is hardly balling offensively.

The material is right there, but some folks equate improvement with actually being good.

Well of course he has been better since the anti club reminds us he has one good game a month to now Ime mentioning how Green has put together a ''Good'' stretch of games.....this is definitely not the the December version, but still work in progress

And that 3pt % is not eye popping, but once you figure in the same time he has been finishing better st rim (70% at one point) and being 80% FT, that eases the sting of the low 3pt%, that has to improve to where the recent stretch he had a 38% from 3 at almost 11 attempts a game, that's Klay/Steph territory

Just needs to take fewer 3’s and get an extra assist or two. Brooks and Bari can take those shots. His shot selection has gotten like 30% better this month I would say, but there’s still room for improvement.

Want to see him get to the line 7-8 times a game with Sengun out.

Jaylen is getting closer to what we need even if it is not all we hoped for.. Let's hope he makes it as people tend to underestimate how easy it would be to get a player like we need through trades, drafts or even development from players we have. Of course trade him and/or not offer the max if he doesn't keep progressing.

No doubt he needs to take less 3s, especially the silly step backs and even heat check ones, I don't mind the open 3's or shot clock running out type ones

From now until his rookie deal is up he has time to showcase the improvement

The receipts are going to be classic from either side

Great game, hopefully he can continue this streak of good games he has had. Will be a tougher game vs the Cavs for sure but im hopeful. Lets go JG!
