When he punched a woman in the face in 2014, breaking her face, he took a plea deal and also settled a civil suit, issuing an apology to the victim. That one was on video.
When the Texans have a 2nd half and the opponent must pass the ball, they can turn the dogs loose and close these games out!
So this is one of the things that really made me feel like Demeco is on his way to becoming an Elite coach. His defensive philosophy is very much to play cover 3. It’s why ppl here were moaning about why don’t we put Stingley on WR1. Doing that is basically going Man coverage and not part of his philosophy. However, when we played the Browns in the WC he put Stingley on Amari the whole game. In essence we went man to shut down their biggest weapon. Most coaches would’ve just stuck to their philosophy. Demeco changed his philosophy adapted to the game and his players. Same thing when we Blitzed the hell out Lamar and had him confused for the first half of the divisional game.
I'm getting that really good vibe this might end up being the best defense in Texans history. It's going to be like the early days of Cushing and Watt.
