My one concern w the Clippers is that James stats - while good - don’t reflect his passiveness during big moments. That and when the “system” doesn’t work, when refs don’t call fouls, when he gets bodied by quicker/stronger players and he can’t get defenses off balance - he doesn’t have another gear to his game like the Greats. He looked great against the Wizards who don’t play defense, but when Lebron and the Lakers heat up in the fourth, he didn’t / couldn’t bring it. Hard to tell when Harden can make an impact in a pressure playoff situation; his record is inconsistent at best. Recent Clips games have seen first quarters where they’re behind because James slows the game down, and then when the reserves come in at the end of the first quarter is when things speed up and they really get going.
Seems like James harden has been on this bbref mvp tracker every year since 2017. And the nba media still won’t him all-nba smh https://www.basketball-reference.com/friv/mvp.html
The only people that care about the number of all-nba teams made for Harden are @HardenVolumeOne, @RocketsDraftTV and YOU. Just a coincidence right? https://bbs.clutchfans.net/threads/will-james-harden-be-left-off-an-all-nba-team-this-year.311655/ @HardenVolumeOne last seen 1 year 48 weeks ago. This is great! Finally embracing the clipper and first time in their history they did justice to the name and make themselves stand out from the Lakers. Rockets really need to have a similar construct with a rocket missile in the middle going up in a circle. A nod to the San Diego Rockets too.
partys over.. harden seems like the dude who would retire if he dont get a max. He dont love basketball anymore
