Not a favorite (but the song is), but it's a scene that always stuck with me. Stay until the end of the 3rd Act.

VERY nsfw but great scene and great song. This movie has a great overall soundtrack.

Is this about soundtrack music or songs that are otherwise popular but used in a movie?

For sound track this scene always inspires me and the soundtrack is perfect.

if I had ever made it to the UFC I would’ve like to use this music as my walk on.

The reel in the Last of the Mohicans goes perfectly well with the pursuit and fight on the cliff side.

For songs this scene using Surfin Bird just adds to the craziness and absurdity of war

The movie Belfast uses Van Morrison songs to captures aspects of the characters life.
I’m having a hard time finding specific clips but great music.

As others noted Scorsese is a master of using songs in his movies the ending montage of Gangs of New York is incredible powerful especially coming soon after 911

Maybe pushing the premise but... 1990s TV movie/miniseries opening for The Stand. Could use a little more cowbell in the mix, though.

Not my favorite music or film, but it sets the tone for the rest of the film perfectly:

    Some great choices.
Another great scene with music from the composer for Blade Runner, Vangelis.

And from the same composer for Once Upon a Time in West (also the Good, The Bad, the Ugly), the maestro Ennio Morricone.

The battle scene in gladiator. Hans Zimmer is the man.

that scene in the last or second to last season of Breaking Bad with Crystal Blue Persuasion.

Not trying to challenge you or disuade yoy or anythng, but within the contexr of the story, the crow is actually Randall Flagg, the main bad guy/demonic force, and the Raggedy Andy doll was dropped by the kid of the elisted soldier who broke quarantine at the base and unleashed the bioweapon "Captain Trips" on the world, killing almost all of the population. So the ending has maybe some meaning that only reveals itself after a few more scenes? But of course that doesnt invalidate your opinion or anything.
