How anyone can look at this and say, "hmm, you know, he is right"?

People wonder how the right gets conned by Trump and his grifters when in reality they were victims of grifters way before Trump. Trump just saw the potential.

Exactly I have been saying this for a few years now.

Another observation I have had is and I would guess many of Trump’s devout supporters have a horrible taste in music.

To put it bluntly if you some or all of these; like Trump a lot, have given money to a televangelist, have sh*t taste in music. You are just a lame ass person.

As a side bonus if you incessantly ramble about “wokies” like Tinboy for example you probably haven’t got laid in more than a decade.

Yes, and that was working fine until a guy named Franklin decided that he didn't like the SCOTUS deciding that his policies were unconstitutional and that if they were going to do that, he would just add his loyalists to the court until they decided he was right. Suddenly, the court changed course and said of course you can make laws about how much wheat a farmer can grow for his own consumption under the provision that Congress has the power to regulate commerce among the several states (even though growing your own food in one place is neither commerce nor among the several states). Ever since, there has been little reliance on the doctrine of enumerated powers. It looked like the court was going to rein them in, but Scalia hated weed so he sided with the government when they passed laws against growing mar1juana for your own consumption. Hopefully the current court will take up the issue again and finally overturn Wickard v. Filburn and we can return to a constitutionally limited government. I am not holding my breath.

And this is what happens when you elevate an incompetent maga to speaker of the house... someone the republicans "threw into the deep end"...

Reminds me of the old joke about the convict at his first parole hearing:

"This says here you've been born again, when did you find Jesus?"

"Oh, about 10 minutes after the cops found me."

Christian nationalists await Trump's return with plans to undo sexual revolution: report

Birth control, same sex marriage, and no-fault divorce are among the likely targets for elimination in a second Trump term if Christian nationalists are able to leverage positions in the administration to impose their priorities. Heidi Przybyla, national investigative correspondent for Politico, discusses new reporting on the major players in the Christian nationalist movement making plans for a potential second Trump term.

Women need to get their asses back to their home ... to fulfill their livelong dream of being barefoot and preganant in their kitchens. It is what Jesus wants.

Jesus also ... wants the US to withdraw from NATO ... is not an Open Border person ... does not believe in sex eduction in public schools.

    You go Jesus.

Trump allies prepare to infuse ‘Christian nationalism’ in second administration
Spearheading the effort is Russell Vought, president of The Center for Renewing America, part of a conservative consortium preparing for Trump’s return to power

He is right. Lincoln would be labeled a RINO (which to be fair he would be for today's Republican party) and lose in the primary. GW would be a tossed away independent.

House GOP Quietly Deletes Russian Disinformation From Impeachment Website

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/poli...&cvid=f84727b85524405fb50f13f9df79ec45&ei=125

"Today, Comer and Jordan quietly deleted the previous reference to their House Impeachment website of the Russian disinformation that they had previously touted as a critical part of their case. They made no statement or comment. Issued no retraction, correction or apology. Just simply deleted it hoping nobody would notice. Like everything else these hapless fools do, it didn't work."

Nobody to the left of Robert Welch would fit in yesterday's GOP. It's sad.

The Constitution doesn’t mandate the number of justice’s so changing the number is constitutional as is the justices ruling on what is Constitutional. That you disagree with their rulings doesn’t change that they are operating within the Constitution.

To the original point though the Constitution was created as a collective agreement. And was ratified by the states. As long as we are a democratic republic we can also change the nature of government and even the Constitution through collective means.

Reagan on his record probably couldn’t win in today’s GOP. He raised taxes, bailed out Chrysler and passed a major overhaul of immigration including amnesty for millions.

Many both on the left and the right have a cartoonish vision of Reagan. He and his presidency was far more complex.
