According to Tankathon the Thunder have like 3 First Round picks in 2024......including the Rox one which is their highest.....(and 1-4 protected)
folks on here wanted to act like 2nd rounders are useless. We've literally seen 2nd rounders in deals for rotational players for a long time.
It's fine with me that no major win-now moves were made. Adding players who expect minutes would have been downright irresponsible at the forward spots, and a minor blow to our Amen excitement at the guard spots. Yes this team badly needs a second real NBA center but the Adams trade made that a short-term rather than long-term need and the short-term needs are not particularly relevant now that the Rockets have cooled off and are performing to the expectations we all had at season's start. Would have been cool to get a Kelly Olynyk type player but it's hardly going to change the course of the franchise.
Well, either pickup Giles and Harris or play Boban at the backup 5. I’m just saying. Stone doesn’t care about this season. So let’s see what Boban can do with real time. Stone might get fired in the offseason.
You still need to build the team and continue to do so. Trading for Steven Adams for next year is an absolute unserious move.
I’m a Joe Harris fan. He’s always a threat a the 3 point line and a great teammate. Not sure if he has anything left after multiple surgeries on his left ankle.
If Fred was going to be out longer I would say we should go bring back Kyle, but it seems not that serious, so IDK Still probably rather have Lowry playing Holiday's minutes, honestly.
