    Because I didn't want to post about it in that other thread full of Fred-haters since I like the dude.

    Does this increase the chances of a trade for a combo guard? Or do we just let Amen play starter minutes and if that punts the season, so be it?

    Yea the season is officially over. We lost a great 3pt shooter and Sengun-FVV two men game that won us games. Also he was a floor general. Amen can't shoot and i don't expect him to feed Sengun as consistently as Fred did.

    Basically, has been everything that I wanted as far as a veteran that is an extension of our coach, and a leader on the floor. I am so glad that we have him in the fold.
    That being said, Amen Thompson is the future. I sincerely hope we promote him to start.

    If he shows out, FVV's contract should be fairly easy to trade in the offseason, since the final year is a team option. Just sayin'
